The Clin-STAR Coordinating Center never sells, trades, or shares any information that we obtain online, through mailings, or any other means of communication to other organizations or companies. Clin-STAR will only share personal information once the individual has given specific permission to do so.
When you request information, join the Clin-STAR Database, register using one of our forms, or contact us offline, we may need your specific information in order to process your registration/request and reply to your needs promptly.
We may ask you for contact information (such as your name, email and address). We may also collect demographic and profile data (which users provide to us) on our site and in our database. We use this data to customize your online experience with Clin-STAR, develop and distribute content that we think you might be interested in, and to develop your profile in the Clin-STAR Database.
Information will not be shared publicly through the Clin-STAR Database unless you create an account and select the option to make your profile public. Your profile can be made private or removed from the database at any time. Please reach out to contact@clin-star.org for help with the Clin-STAR Database.
Surveys
We may conduct occasional online surveys via our Web site or via an e-mail newsletter. These surveys are entirely voluntary and you may easily decline to participate. Participating in an online survey does not automatically add your name to the subscriber list for Clin-STAR’s newsletters or electronic communications.

This site links to other sites. The Clin-STAR Coordinating Center is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. We will not pass your information along to the linked site; however, we cannot protect the information you provide to that site.
Requests to Stop Receiving Communications from Clin-STAR or to be Removed from the Clin-STAR Database
Our subscribers always have the option of not receiving communications from Clin-STAR, either by mail, email or telephone. If you wish to stop receiving communications from Clin-STAR, please contact us and specify the types of communications you do not wish to receive.
